Design and program a new control system for the batch management system.
Our team provided all control panels, VFDs, Ethernet, PLC and HMI programming, startup and commissioning, drawings, and electrical contractor guidance. This project solution also included Rockwell hardware migration.
Upgrade control systems for legacy cooling and proofing lines.
We upgraded 4 hardwired control systems with 4 CompactLogix PLCs, 4 Allen Bradley PanelViews, and 10 Rockwell encoders for multiple bread line coolers and proofers. The project included the provision of all materials, installation, electrical contractor coordination, PLC and touchscreen programming, documentation and drawings, commissioning, and startup.
Design and install a new network for 10 industrial baking lines.
We constructed a new state-of-the-art network for a 10-line bakery. The project included design, procurement, and installation, as well as coordination with numerous outside vendors. The scope consisted of structured cabling including fiber optics, system layout, fault-tolerant elevated temperature design, network monitoring, and VPN for remote support. The hardware consisted of Cisco, Zyxel, and Rockwell products.
